We’re going through a period of changes and exciting times right now at Spectrum Consulting, and it’s about to get even better with the new appointment of two amazing women in our Senior Leadership Team - a first in our company’s history!
Lorraine Bryant, Head of People & Culture, and Lucy Aguzzoli, Head of Service Operations, are stepping up into the two new roles as we enter a period of exciting growth within the company.
Lorraine has been with Spectrum since March 2020 and is super excited about seeing the Spectrum culture blossom and grow – something she will be instrumental in nurturing and growing further, in her new role.
“Spectrum has felt like family from the moment I entered the door. Like any family you watch, learn and grow with each other,” says Lorraine. “This opportunity is perfectly timed for both myself and the business as we head into new exciting waters!”
Lucy has been helping the team deliver our services with excellence for around 2 and a half years, and will be leading these with a huge focus on customer-centricity in everything we do.
“I’m honored to join the SLT at Spectrum. A great customer experience starts by having great people in the team, who love what they do and love working with each other. That’s why I’m so excited with this new adventure, alongside Lorraine who has been the heart of Spectrum for a long time!”
The re-balancing of all our workforces is so important, in a time where we’ve come so far especially in the tech industry. But the truth is, we still face a big battle around gender inclusivity. 72% of women in tech report being outnumbered by men in business meetings by a ratio of at least 2:1[1], for example.
Damian Pons, CEO, is thrilled to see Lucy and Lorraine’s hard work culminate into two new roles that are going to propel Spectrum into the future.
“Gender and thought diversity is crucial to all companies, and we are so lucky here at Spectrum to have a bunch of incredible women who are absolute dynamite,” says Damian.
